We also have other patterns support work/life balance (for example, part-time contracts, nomad working, sabbaticals).RequirementsWhat you’ll be doingBy joining Nomensa as Digital Marketing Executive you’ll be enhancing Nomensa’s profile in the digital design industry.

  • Owing nomensa.com ensuring content is updated and maintained
  • Take control of social media channels, experience in content creation, shaping and monitoring success
  • Work with the wider marketing team and commercial team to grow new leads, with a focus on converting site traffic
  • Assist in organising and managing content for webinars and events
  • Create marketing automation campaigns using Pardot/Hubstop
  • Organising and often hosting online webinars, leading promotional activities for these
  • Send out bi-weekly internal newsletters
  • Creating and managing studio briefs

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing
  • A creative flair and adeptness in content creation
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop or Premiere Pro
  • Ability to think creatively and produce engaging content
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms – comfortable with implementing organic and paid social media marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
  • Some commercial experience of delivering digital media campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk to colleagues on day-to-day deliverables.
  • Experience of using Pardot and Salesforce or Hubspot (desirable)
  • Experience of using Google Analytics (desirable)

  • 1st stage interview: 45-minute video call.
  • 2nd stage interview: 60-minute in person interview, depending on location
