WORKING ARRANGEMENT: Flexible – 25% office / 75% home on average (with the option to work in the office more regularly if you wish)

Position Overview:

Our EMEA ANZ training department are striving to extend their training reach through the continued development of a multi-platform training solutions. As the Digital Training Intern, you will support the Digital Training Manager in the accelerated development of the on-line training material to support the growing demand from our customers.

You will assist in the creation and development of digital training through Articulate software that supports both our intranet and extranet training sites. This will involve: –

• Creating video content – both filming and editing.

• Sourcing and preparing images from our internal library.

• Upload translations and liaise with Commercial Training Managers to prepare courses for publishing.

• Editing and approval of new course material.

• Liaising with the US DIGITAL team to review training material that can be adapted for European market to increase our volume of courses.

• Support digital tracking through salesforce.com
