Our objective is to maximize commercial return, elevate customer engagement, and drive revenue growth through innovative and exceptional user experiences.About the RoleAs the Digital Product Manager, your role is crucial in delivering and continuously enhancing our digital products and experiences across our hosted buyer, VIP, and matchmaking platforms.You will have the responsibility of overseeing a portfolio of customer portals and data-driven networking tools, maximizing commercial return and elevating customer engagement and satisfaction. This hands-on position will involve launching new portals, managing integrations, and constantly improving the customer journey and commercial value across our internal and external systems, for multiple event brands.You will work closely with key stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, to ensure the success of our digital products in driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will have a deep understanding of customer behavior and data analytics to make informed decisions on product improvements and optimizations. This role requires strong project management skills, an innovative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.Working closely with our event teams, you will lead a small, dedicated team while adopting best practices and common approaches to ensure seamless delivery and support of the platforms. Additionally, you will manage a product development roadmap and prioritization process, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and continuous improvement of the platforms and processes.You should have substantial experience as a Product Manager, with a solid technical understanding of content management systems and web-based customer portals. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer experience, delivering value, and managing data integrations. Your enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, self-motivation, and ability to adapt in this fast-changing environment are key attributes.Key Individual Accountabilities
