As a member of the creative team, you will oversee the end-to-end production of digital video assets, using your expertise in graphic design, animation, video production, and interactive media to deliver projects that inspire and connect with diverse audiences. If you’re ready to elevate your video production career, we want to hear from you!What you’ll do:Video and Interactive Media

  • Oversee the entire video production process, including planning, storyboarding, scripting, filming, and managing post-production
  • Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content and advertising across various platforms
  • Optimize multimedia content for distribution across websites, social media, webinars, and other channels

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing and creative teams to ensure strategic alignment of video content
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive culture within creative, marketing, and sales teams
  • Collaborate with external production vendors when needed to achieve high-quality results

Brand Advocacy

  • Ensure all multimedia content adheres to Benevity’s brand guidelines and core messaging
  • Innovate with storytelling techniques to engage diverse audiences across industries and demographics

Project Management

  • Manage multiple video projects, balancing creative vision with deadlines and budgets
  • Establish workflows and processes to streamline video production and maintain high-quality standards
  • Work with project owners to analyze performance metrics and apply insights to improve future projects

Innovation and Technical Expertise

  • Experiment with emerging video trends and technologies, including interactive content, AR/VR, and data visualization
  • Use industry-leading tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition)

What you’ll bring:Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in multimedia design and production
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and other design tools
  • Comfortable with setting up lighting, audio, and video equipment
  • Excellent sound production skills, including mic-ing, editing, and mastering techniques
  • Expertise in creating content optimized for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, websites)

Creative Vision

  • Strong storytelling skills with a keen sense of visual composition and design principles
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative skills and the ability to produce high-quality multimedia content
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
