Digital Visual Designer IV

Robert Half is seeking a Digital Visual Designer IV (Contract) to be a part of the Design Center of Excellence within the Experience Design team. The designer excels in crafting visually stunning and user-centered digital experiences. With a keen eye for design aesthetics and a solid understanding of UX principles, they drive the creation of intuitive interfaces that captivate users and elevate brand presence. Their expertise bridges creativity with functionality seamlessly.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Develop low, mid, and high-fidelity design concepts: Create and refine visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and enhancing the user experience across various digital platforms.

• Design Intuitive User Interfaces: Craft user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, focusing on clarity, usability, and accessibility.

• Create Interactive Prototypes: Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to visualize design concepts, demonstrating user flows and interactions for stakeholder feedback and iterative development in Figma.

• Develop and Deliver Executive Presentations: Craft and present insightful design briefs to executive stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and strategic recommendations to secure support and align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven Expertise in Visual Design and UX: Demonstrated experience in creating visually engaging and user-centered designs, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both visual aesthetics and user experience principles.

• Advanced Interaction Design Skills: Deep knowledge of interaction design, including the ability to craft intuitive, engaging, and interactive user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and functionality.

• Executive Presentation Proficiency : Skilled in developing and delivering high-impact presentations to executives, effectively communicating design concepts, research findings, and strategic recommendations.

• Exceptional Multitasking and Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and maintain high-quality output under tight deadlines.

• Experience with Design Systems and UI Patterns: Extensive experience leveraging design systems and UI patterns to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across digital products.

• Proven experience (10+ years) in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually stunning and user-centric designs.

• Expert proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Other Essential Qualifications:

• Strong eye for visual design, with a keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

• Experience working with global teams and delivering design assets that resonate with diverse international audiences desired.

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.

$50.48 – $76.44
