DescriptionDirect Care Assistant for Adults up to $27/hrWe are seeking dedicated Direct Support Workers to assist residents with developmental and behavioral disabilities. This role involves providing physical support to a small group of adults, many of whom have mobility challenges.Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals in habilitative, behavioral, and recreational activities
• Administer medications and communicate any issues to supervisors
• Offer physical support, including lifting and assistance with personal hygiene
• Help residents with daily living tasks, such as self-care, hygiene, leisure activities, and social interactions
• Operate state vehicles to transport individuals to work, recreational, and other engagements

Requirements:

• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Own transportation and an active driver’s license
• At least 6 months of direct care experience
