DescriptionDirect Care Worker – hiring now – pays up to $27/hourBecome a Direct Care Worker and contribute to the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to improve the lives of those we assist through dedicated and individualized care. In this role, you will offer crucial support with daily living tasks and help integrate individuals into the community, ensuring they receive the necessary care and support to flourish.Position Details:

• Pay of up to $27/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support individuals with habilitative, behavioral, and recreational activities
• Aid with daily living tasks including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Administer medications as prescribed and report any issues to supervisors
• Offer physical assistance, help with mobility, and provide transportation
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in providing daily living support
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Full COVID-19 vaccination
