Do you have previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory control and purchasing?Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local Lincoln company to recruit an Inventory Control Specialist. This is a day-shift, direct hire opportunity with pay up to $28/hr and a great long-term career! This role will be working with a top local company with excellent benefits.Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Creation of packing lists, shipping labels, and other documentation for outgoing shipments
• Pulling parts to assemble and build products
• Work in all areas of inventory department – may include stocking, counting, ordering and organizing products
• Utilize proper PPE in accordance with company standards and policies
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Solid work history is required ideally working in shipping, QA, inventory or purchasing
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field strongly preferred
• AA is required (GPA over 3.4 and transcripts will be required).
• Must be proficient working with computer systems and warehouse management systems or have the ability to learn quickly
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for 8+ hours per day
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Organized with an eye for detail

Schedule/Pay:

• Monday through Friday, day shift
• Pay up to $28/hr
• Employees paid weekly!
