Job Title : Risk Manager
Location : Columbus, GASalary Range : $64,800 – $97,200 per yearPlans, implements, directs, evaluates, and documents an integrated, comprehensive, proactive risk management program for all hospital and community-based programs, designed to monitor and, when possible, eliminate the risk of injury to patients, visitors, and employees and to protect the hospital’s financial resources. Consults and assists external legal counsel for legal matters affecting St. Francis Hospital, Inc. and its affiliated entities, when warranted and justified. Responds to common inquiries or complaints from patients, internal or external customers, and regulatory agencies.FLSA: Exempt- EEO: X 01 Officials and Managers 02 Professionals 03 Technicians 04 Sales Workers 05 Administrative Support Workers 06 Craft Workers 07 Operatives 08 Laborers and Helpers 09 Service WorkersMinimum Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree required

• Within 2 years of hire obtain CPHRM (Certified Professional in Health Care Risk Management) certification.
• Paralegal certification is preferred.
• Claims, legal and risk acumen, and knowledge experience

• Bachelor’s Degree- Required
• Claims, legal, and Risk experience
• Management experience in related field in a hospital setting
