Direct Support Professional (Caregivers) Needed! We are looking for team members to work our 2nd shift (approx. 3-11pm) in the Gladstone, Liberty and KCMO Areas. Part-time and Full-time positions available! Schedules do require at least one weekend day. CSN Kansas City is currently offering a $1500 Hiring Bonus for candidates who apply through 03/31/2025 and are successfully hired. The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments: $200 – First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training, $500 – 3 months of employment and all training complete, $800 – 6 months of employment. *Applicants previously employed by CSN within the past 6 months are not eligible for this bonus. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support people in learning the skills needed to increase their independence in areas of life such as community involvement, job skills, education, personal health, and daily living skills. What Youll do Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication managementSupport individuals to practice and maintain good hygieneRun errands such as shopping and going to appointmentsEncourage and foster individuals hobbies and interestsProvide habilitation & documentationFollow health & safety protocols No degree or prior experience required!
