Cette personne sera responsable de nombreux aspects du département des systèmes comptables et financiers, tout en acquérant une expérience diversifiée grâce à la collaboration avec d’autres domaines de la finance et d’autres départements.Le candidat idéal détiendra une désignation comptable professionnelle assortie d’au moins 5 à 10 ans d’expérience post-désignation, de préférence au sein d’entreprises en croissance rapide dans le secteur de la technologie. Vous possédez de solides compétences analytiques ainsi qu’une expérience établie en amélioration des processus et en gestion de projets. Vous avez également d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, ainsi qu’une volonté de prendre des initiatives, de prospérer dans un environnement dynamique et de favoriser un climat de collaboration et d’amélioration continue. Vous avez une expérience avérée de remise en question du statu quo, d’identification de domaines d’amélioration et de mise en œuvre de solutions visant à automatiser ou à accroître l’efficacité de la fonction financière.Sous la supervision du vice-président, contrôleur, le directeur opérations financières sera responsable de :

This individual will be responsible for many aspects of the accounting and finance systems department while gaining a breadth of experience through collaboration with other areas of finance and other departments.The ideal candidate will possess a professional accounting designation coupled with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of post-designation experience, preferably with fast-growing companies in the technology sector. You possess strong analytical skills coupled with established process improvement and project management experience. You also possess strong written and oral communication skills and the willingness to take initiative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. You have a track record of challenging the status quo, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that help automate or add efficiencies to the finance function.Reporting to the VP, Controller, the Director, Finance Operations will be responsible for:
