Position Summary:Love Wellness is seeking a strategic and analytical ecommerce leader with a proven track record of scaling growth on Amazon 3P. This role will be responsible for the Amazon P&L, driving annual sales and margin growth, working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners. Additionally, this individual will collaborate with company leadership on developing and optimizing a strategic and cohesive omnichannel offering. Key management functions include: strategic planning, advertising and marketing (both on Amazon and off), forecasting, analytics, business operations and team management.Base Salary Range: $150,000- $180,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)Key Responsibilities:
