Director, Analytics – Remote

Job Description:

The Director, Analytics oversees analytics team efforts to provide data-driven solutions – including advanced analytics, integrated data solutions and insights — with the objective of optimizing media performance across digital and non-digital channels. You will be client-facing role with an emphasis on providing business strategy counsel in addition to analytics, reporting, and data science

As the Director, Analytics, you will be a highly strategic thinker who is execution-focused, delivering important capabilities and communicate associated business benefits to a range of clients. You will have significant cross-departmental and inter-agency collaboration and a refined understanding of the role of data in the media and marketing space. You will have experience within a matrixed organization and comfort with a lean operating environment that highly uses automation. You will report to the Vice President, Analytics.

• You will oversee execution of analytics strategy on behalf of the client. You will coordinate across onboarding, data integration, reporting, measurement, advanced analytics, and insight development.
• You will lead projects including performance measurement, audience analytics, data pipeline management, dashboard building and maintenance.
• You will lead strategic and innovative data and analytics efforts to identify trends and opportunities; ensure insights are communicated to internal teams and integrated into strategic discussions with clients.
• · Understand business challenges and produce relevant solutions that enable timely decision making by delivering insights on key performance indicators, drivers of trend, and lead to actionable initiatives.
• You will be the point of engagement with clients, channel delivery teams, and Client Service teams to lead data and insights initiatives.
• You will stay current on industry trends, developments in methodologies and technologies
• You will have between at least 4 years’ experience using large data sets to solve business problems.
• You will be proficient with SQL, Tableau & Python is critical. Other platforms/tools/languages are nice to have.
• You will understand A/B and Multi-Variant testing methodologies and measurement strategies associated with performance optimization
• You will have experience with audience analytics and customer segmentation (but not required)
• You will have experience in the development and execution of data strategies for complex clients in both digital and non-digital media
• You will have the ability to communicate complex data challenges and insights to an executive level audience

Additional Information: The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000-$182,850. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
