Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Director, Data Centre Occupier Client ServicesEMEA Data Centre ServicesRole Purpose:The role will focus on representing corporate occupiers on data centre leasing across EMEA markets.This is a client facing role where you will be responsible for running RFP’s on behalf of Fortune 500 companies to find them the best data centre to deploy their critical business IT infrastructure. Starting with scoping the client requirements through to the creation of the RFP, project managing from long list to short list and downward selection of the preferred options, it will then be your responsibility to negotiate the best outcome for our client to secure the required capacity in the data centre chosen. You will also work with other Data Centre team members to secure new business, with primary focus on JLLs corporate client base, to advise on the data centre co-location market and help win new business to execute against.More broadly, the role will contribute to the overall growth of the JLL data centre business, through gathering and sharing market intelligence from the Data Centre operator industry, developing market and sector insight, and collaborating across multiple business teams.We are looking for ambitious team players with can do attitude, strong work ethic, high level of intelligence and desire to learn. The successful candidate will be required to support and or lead business development, and act as key point of contact for clients for leasing mandates.Required experience:
- working within or for Data Centre operators, supporting sales / leasing activity.
- Detailed knowledge of data centre co-location terms, SLAs and commercial structures.
- Good knowledge of the Data Centre industry, providers, and key markets. Keen to broaden diversity within the team (and this role presents a good opportunity to do so)

– Minimum of 5 years of experience transactional experience ideally with a focus on the data centre sector.– Proven track record delivering strategically significant transactions in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
– Ideally have an understanding of the data Centre industry, including market dynamics, technology trends, and regulatory landscape.
– Demonstrable ability to think strategically, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
– Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and clients.Why JLL:
