As the ambassador of People programs and strategies, you will be pivotal in overseeing key people and culture initiatives and daily operations. You will develop trusting relationships and foster collaboration across the university, working closely with academic and business leaders. You will identify needs, prioritize, define, and deliver solutions, and enable execution so that faculty and employees can do their best work in service to our students. You will serve as a strategic advisor for people and culture initiatives at the regional and national levels.This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days a week on our Steeles Campus in Concord, Ontario.Who you areWhether you are a Director in a smaller organization or a Senior Manager looking to move up, you want to take on an individual contributor role at an exciting organization. You bring extensive experience providing on-the-ground day-to-day people support and exceptional ability to build relationships.
