• Strategize & Grow: Spearhead the expansion of our AI & Data services, focusing on boosting client engagement, revenue, and profitability.
• Client Solutions: Collaborate with clients to solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge data analytics and technology.
• Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of data solutions across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Cultivation: Identify and develop new consulting opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Guide analytics solutioning and delivery teams, fostering collaboration across the firm.
• Analytical Excellence: Formulate hypotheses, analyze data, and develop data-driven approaches to enhance company performance.
• Client Engagement: Present findings and solutions to senior client management, ensuring clear communication of technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Apply hands-on experience with complex databases, predictive models, machine learning, and AI algorithms.
• Strategic Development: Create tactical tools and solutions to support business strategy execution.

Your Background

• Experience: Extensive experience in blue-chip consulting, specializing in AI & Data.
• Leadership: Proven leadership in data roles, such as Chief Data Officer or Head of Data/AI.
• Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in Retail, CPG, and Private Equity sectors – However not essential.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong proposal development skills and commercial instincts.
• Mentorship: Ability to coach and develop high-performing consulting teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in data, technology, and programming languages.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Recruitment: Experience of the E2E hiring process and scaling out teams.
