Director of Development
Museum of Toronto (formerly Myseum) is a not-for-profit charitable organization founded in 2014. Through our exhibitions, community pop-ups and online programming, we connect Torontonians to the city and to each other. For over a decade, we have defined how Toronto communities tell, share, and learn about our unique and ever-evolving city through our histories and aspirations for the future.Philanthropy is vital to our sustainability and future growth, ensuring we meet our ultimate vision to build a permanent home for the Museum. As Director of Development, you will have the opportunity to continue to instill a culture of philanthropy and individual giving, aligning with one of our strategic objectives to diversify our revenues. Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the senior management team and Board of Directors ,you will identify prospects, design compelling proposals, steward donors and secure gifts to meet our annual fundraising revenue goal.Responsibilities:
Conditions of Employment:This is a full-time, hybrid position.
