The Director of TLE leads this team of highly dedicated and skilled individuals, through fostering a culture of partnership with faculty, specialist and expert knowledge, and ensuring the ongoing development of world-class online and hybrid modules.We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.About YouThe successful candidate will have significant experience of working at a senior level within higher education or a related sector, with deep knowledge of working with faculty and/or students to enhance teaching and learning materials and courses. They’ll be a strong leader with experience of developing and implementing strategic developments, as well as a large team.
