This leadership role is charged with delivering high quality data reporting combined with insightful analysis that provides both strategic and actionable guidance for executives and business partners at all levels.  Work with and enhance existing partnerships with real estate, legal, construction, facilities, finance, planning, internal audit, store operations and various other teams across the company as well as external business partners.

 

 

A Day in the Life

 

  • Leads and contributes to the continuous development and growth of reporting and analytic functionalities and procedures for optimal management of projects and increased ROI
  • Oversee and manage the development of reporting capabilities from the Real Estate IWMS across other company systems and reporting platforms in support of compliance related to Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Lease Accounting, Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Finance, Store Design, Store Planning, Construction, and other functional areas as applicable
  • Become the subject matter expert (SME) providing analytical support through KPI reporting to Senior Leadership in advance of Quarterly Investor Calls, Board Presentations and Ad Hoc Requests
  • Manage the Real Estate Portfolio Share Point site maintaining quarterly updates on summary views and store level breakout of financial results on a trailing 12-month basis
  • Create process encompassing the review and updating of data definition fields within the Lucernex System starting with the highest priority modules (Opening & Capital Projects, Facilities and Contracts)
  • Develop plan for review and consolidation of redundancy in data fields, workflows, and forms
  • Utilize technical expertise to create efficiencies in existing java scripted fields and document a process to standardize and follow on all future requests

 

 

 

You Will Come With

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field (engineering, computer science, statistics, finance or related field)
  • 8+ years of experience in a complex, fast-paced, high volume retail environment
  • Experience with one or more data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • In-depth understanding of data source systems, data manipulation and data cleansing
  • Familiarity with common programming languages like Python or Java
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with Lucernex preferred or other IWMS Project Life Cycle System
