  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition specialists.
  • Develop, mentor and foster continuous engagement and development within your team of direct reports, as well as with your peers across Talent Acquisition.
  • Build flexible and feasible recruitment strategies across complex and strategic functional areas to support business growth
  • Develop inbound and outbound strategy for attracting top talent and developing the retention strategy
  • Promote/add to the culture by ensuring DE&I and Candidate Experience is at the top of the agenda
  • Lead and develop positive relationships with external partners.
  • Develop and run critical projects that are timely on budget, and on scope.
  • Build an outstanding candidate experience
  • Develop an internal talent management process across dynamic functional teams, to build a culture of cross functional movement and development within the enterprise.
  • Support planning and execution of networking events with schools and appropriate organization to promote the brand and build a strong talent pipeline. Build solid relationships and partnerships with our hiring managers and Senior leadership teams.
  • Maintain detailed understanding of our campus recruitment process, and build partnerships with the team to execute on campus strategies.
  • Track and drive performance excellence in recruiting and candidate experience metrics to support business decisions.
  • Ensure the accuracy of weekly/quarterly reporting for each business unit, and present to senior management where required ​

What you bring:

  • 7-10 years of progressive recruitment and leadership experience.
  • Post-secondary education in business, HR or related field. CHRL or CHRM designation an asset.
  • Experience recruiting in a financial institution environment is an asset
  • Proven experience in building and implementing recruitment strategies and plans
  • Experience with driving a social media presence and recruitment campaign
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a large, fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Solid experience building reporting tools and managing performance metrics, looking at industry benchmarks, and process improvement.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and engaging a team.
  • Excellent client service skills with proven experience in building rapport at all levels of the business and ensuring service standards are met.
  • Great fundamental knowledge of the project management life cycle and principles for planning requirements, design, communication, implementation, and evaluation.
