If you are looking for interesting and challenging work, at a company committed to its people, find out more about what Aviso has to offer at .The Opportunity:We’re looking for a Director, Total Rewards to join our People & Culture team.Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, the Director, Total Rewards is responsible for the design, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, and reward and recognition strategies and programs. This role will be accountable for collaborating closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and external partners to enhance Aviso’s employee value proposition, attract talent, and maintain competitive market positioning and rewards. You will be heavily involved in optimizing and managing compensation and benefit programs across the enterprise for all levels and functions, including executive compensation. You will drive and oversee the execution of our quarterly sales and annual compensation and rewards program cycle, ensuring alignment to Aviso’s values, overall business objectives, and compliance with pay legislation.Who you are:

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
