Dispatcher Job Duties:
- Answering customer calls, emails, and online requests
- Communication with techs to provide ETAs to customers
- Following up with customers after service calls
- Maintaining location and status of all techs
Dispatcher Requirements:
- 1-2 years recent experience in scheduling jobs/service
- Able to multitask and maintain an organized schedule
- Excellent customer service
- Experience in MS Office
- Experience in SalesForce (especially Field Service Management Module) a PLUS!?
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $20/hr
