Dispatcher | Service Technicians | Direct Hire

Dispatcher Job Duties:

• Answering customer calls, emails, and online requests
• Communication with techs to provide ETAs to customers
• Following up with customers after service calls
• Maintaining location and status of all techs

Dispatcher Requirements:

• 1-2 years recent experience in scheduling jobs/service
• Able to multitask and maintain an organized schedule
• Excellent customer service
• Experience in MS Office
• Experience in SalesForce (especially Field Service Management Module) a PLUS!?

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $20/hr
