Clearly is part of EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses.GENERAL FUNCTIONIn this role, you are working with the Outbound Distribution Team reporting to the Outbound Distribution Supervisor. You spend your day on the fulfillment floor picking, packing, and shipping out customers’ orders. You are a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, communication, and teamwork are essential to success. At the end of the day, you review your progress and update your Team Leader.Available Shift – Richmond Warehouse (2020 No. 6 Road, Richmond, B.C.)Sunday to Thursday (7 am-3:30 pm) – Non NegotiableMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick, pack, and ship orders daily
• Complete customs and courier documentation for all shipments
• Prepare products for incoming external orders
• Report personal and team performance at the end of each day
• Work with the Outbound Team Leader to implement process and efficiency improvements
• Comply with OHS standards
• Other items/tasks as assigned by your Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• A positive, friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a stand/walk position
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Experience in a warehouse enviornment is preferred

Pay Range: $18.73 – 28.39Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
