Joining our team means becoming an integral part of a company that values innovation, efficiency, and building lasting relationships.What We SeekWe are in search of a Distribution Team Member who will bring with them a positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.Your Role:As a Team Member, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver excellence in event merchandise distribution. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Review of orders by clients to ensure sufficient stock and delivery within required timescales is possible. Liaise with clients to resolve any issues
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained appropriately across storage facilities
  • Pack items appropriately according to their fragility, value and to any shipper/regulatory authority requirements and to any additional client specifications
  • Update stock control system
  • Prepare all necessary shipping and customs paperwork and any additional documentation as required
  • Oversee dispatch of consignments
  • Enforce rigorous quality control, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards throughout the distribution process
  • To assist colleagues when required in other parts of the process chain
  • Maintain constant updates with stakeholders about order status, alterations, and potential issues through effective communication and coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and efficiently addressing and resolving issues
  • Continually assess and identify improvements in order pack and dispatch processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Unparalleled attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

Desirable:

  • Background in order management, logistics, stock management, or related roles, ideally within the merchandise, print, or event sectors
  • Expertise in logistics and shipping operations, including preparation of customs documentation.
