Hours: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmWe are seeking a District Manager in the Montreal region to oversee field operations, manage a team of merchandisers & sales reps, and ensure high-quality execution of our retail programs. This role is 70% remote (home office) and 30% field-based, requiring travel within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of field representatives, ensuring high-quality execution of merchandising programs.
- Coordinate and oversee store visits and audits within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching to improve efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on merchandising activities, challenges, and successes using IRIS, the company’s internal reporting system.
- Handle hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing support for the field.
- Address and resolve operational issues, providing solutions to meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively in both French and English, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and retailers in Quebec.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in retail management, or field team leadership.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams.
- Is highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possesses a results-driven mindset and a strong attention to detail.
- Is proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other reporting tools.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has access to a reliable vehicle.
- Must be fully bi-lingual (French and English)
