Division HR Manager

As the Division HR Manager, you will be responsible for handling all HR functions and operations for this division’s employees and act as the liaison between corporate and the division.

Division HR Manager Responsibilities: 

• Manage recruiting and onboarding processes for the division 

• Act as the liaison between corporate and regional HR on employee relations issues and matters 

• Act as the first point of contact to division employees concerning benefits, payroll, and all other HR policies 

• Work closely with managers on employee relations and concerns  

• Collect, review, correct and obtain approval of timesheets as well as distribute timesheets and paychecks to division staff  

• Ensure all HR regulations and policies are current and implemented on the division level 

Schedule: 

• Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm  

Division HR Manager Requirements: 

• 3+ years of related HR experience  

• Experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes  

• Ability to communicate and work with employees across all levels of the organization  

• Ability to handle confidential employee information and situations with care and discretion  

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of HRIS systems (Peoplesoft preferred but not required) 

Compensation: $100,000k – $105,0000k (+annual bonus)
