Dock Associate – Multiple shifts –10:00AM to 6:30PM , 3:00PM to 11:30PM , 11:00PM to 7:30AMContract to Hire position ($19hr to start)The dock associate is responsible for physically unloading and loading trucks while maintaining a high level of organization during a specified shift, to ensure freight is properly loaded and unloaded to facilitate on-time, error-free deliveries.The ideal candidate will embody our company’s Non-Negotiables:

Responsibilities:

• Unload parts product packages from trucks
• Use of RF scanner to allow package tracking
• Load packages back onto trucks for delivery
• Maintain accuracy when sorting out packages based on customer and delivery routes
• Work in a fast-paced environment to meet critical deadlines
• Work in team environment alongside others
• Work performed on floor and in forklift

Job Requirements:

• Commitment to work hard, be positive and be a team player
• Ability to learn, communicate and take direction
• Must be able to lift 50lbs as needed, walk, and stand for long periods of time
• Previous dock/warehouse experience
• Use of RF scanners is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Promptness and good attendance is a must
