This opportunity is with a global manufacturer of fiber optics, cables, tools and testing equipment. They’re experiencing a ton of growth and adding to their team.
It’s a full-time, temporary-to-hire job that offers a hybrid schedule. You’ll work in the office three days per week and work from home two days per week.
As a Document Control Specialist, you will be
responsible for managing technical and engineering documents by creating part
numbers and managing changes.
Document Control Specialist Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain data related to BOM’s, SOP’s and schematics
- Strong data entry accuracy in ERP system
- Creates table of data in Excel and other database systems
- Manages archive of documentation and part numbers
Document Control Specialist Qualifications:
- Must have Advanced Excel skills
- Must have recent 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Must have experience working with technical drawings
- Must have 2+ years of experience working with an ERP system (Oracle)
Pay: $27.00 – $31.00
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
*Potential for Hybrid
*In-office Tuesday and Wednesday and the third day is your choosing!
