You will work with the project teams to assist with documentation requirements.The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAssist project teams with formatting and finalization of documents (memos, letters, proposals and submissions)Respond to internal requests related to project documents, reports and proposalsE-publish documents, reports and proposalsCoordinate and help to prepare bookmarked and hyperlinked PDF’sLiaise with project team and other documentation staff to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlinesQualificationsYour Capabilities and CredentialsThe successful candidate will have:An above average working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe applications including Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Acrobat and Word, as well as a solid comprehension of styles and the ability to create, use and maintain style-driven templatesExcellent communication skillsA willing, adaptable and flexible approachExcellent organizational and time management skillsProven high attention to detailThe ability to meet tight deadlines (cope well in stressful situations)Experience with InDesign and Illustrator would be an assetProven experience in working independently, with minimal supervisionA willingness to work flexible hours, as the need occursMultilingual would be an assetEducation and ExperienceEducation relating to Business or Business Administration or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 1 years’ experience in a documentation related role.This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee and other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or may be changed at any time with or without notice.Stantec is a place where the best and brightest come to build on each other’s talents, do exciting work, and make an impact on the world around us. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
