And 25 hours per week – Full year and TTO Staff.Base Location: Sandy Depot, Beamish Close, Sandy, SG19 1SDContract Type: Relief/ Permanent – Fixed
Closing Date: Rolling advert until 31/03/2025Interview Date: TBC – Applications reviewed upon receipt, and interviews arrnaged accordinglyAbout the role:Our Fleet Department are currently hiring Driver and Passenger Assistants to join our dedicated team. We have various contracts available, including relief contracts which provide cover for when our full time staff are absent through holidays, sickness or other reasons. Regular work is available and in some cases, Relief staff may be able to work up to 25 hours per week, although this is not guaranteed. Full training will be given, and we also supply uniform and allowances for equipment.Our Fleet Transport team provides safe, efficient transport for a range of residents. They include older people, those with disabilities and children with special needs. The service allows these people to access educational and day care facilities – helping to make Central Bedfordshire a great place to work and live. As a Driver and Passenger Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the team.
