Full time DVM: Associate Veterinarian – Now Hiring + Amazing Compensation – Crawfordville, FLA partner hospital in Crawfordville, FL, is looking for a dedicated full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their compassionate team. This clinic emphasizes a family-like atmosphere, where the team provides personalized, 1-on-1 care for each client. Located just a short 25-minute drive from Tallahassee, this practice fosters a strong sense of community both within the clinic and beyond, with monthly outings and team-building events.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with trust, respect, and a commitment to the clinic’s mission of compassionate animal care
- Perform physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and surgeries
- Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in animals
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Engage with clients to provide education and recommendations regarding their pets’ health
- Manage a variety of patients and priorities efficiently, maintaining high standards of care
- Contribute to the development and mentorship of support staff through the clinic’s LevelUp training program
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active, valid license to practice veterinary medicine in Florida (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Experience in surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and patient care management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
