Full time DVM: Associate Veterinarian – Now Hiring + Competitive Pay – Gardner, MAA partner hospital in Gardner, MA, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its award-winning, AAHA-accredited team. - Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals
- Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and conditions in animals
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans for patients
- Perform surgeries as needed
- Assist with patient care and procedures in the hospital
- Provide client education and counsel on pet health and wellness
- Participate in community engagement activities and promote the practice
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active license in good standing to practice in the state of Massachusetts (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
- Passion for high-quality animal care and client education
- Interest in participating in professional development opportunities
