Full time Associate Veterinarian – Now Hiring + Sign-On Bonus – Winter Haven, FLA well-established partner hospital in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their multi-doctor medical team. This full-service practice offers comprehensive care with state-of-the-art equipment, including ultrasound, therapy laser, and digital radiology. The clinic is committed to providing excellent care to small animals and welcomes a variety of species. The practice operates Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends, offering a great work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to animals with a relationship-based approach
• Perform physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and treatments
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Conduct surgeries and other procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to provide high-quality care
• Engage with the community and grow relationships within Winter Haven

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
• Active license in good standing to practice in Florida (or the ability to obtain licensure)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing excellent patient care and client education
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive work environment
