  • Oversee the medical care of all patients, ensuring the highest standard of veterinary services.
  • Diagnose, treat, and perform surgeries on a variety of animals.
  • Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to medical policies and procedures .
  • Train, supervise, and mentor the veterinary staff to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Collaborate with staff to develop treatment plans and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and provide clear communication and education regarding their pets’ health.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Texas.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a focus on client education.
  • A passion for continuous learning , veterinary medicine, and enhancing the clinic’s impact on the community.
