This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to take on a leadership role while continuing to provide exceptional care to animals. - Oversee the medical care of all patients, ensuring the highest standard of veterinary services.
- Diagnose, treat, and perform surgeries on a variety of animals.
- Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to medical policies and procedures .
- Train, supervise, and mentor the veterinary staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Collaborate with staff to develop treatment plans and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and provide clear communication and education regarding their pets’ health.
Ideal Candidate:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Texas.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a focus on client education.
- A passion for continuous learning , veterinary medicine, and enhancing the clinic’s impact on the community.
