Full time DVM: Regional Medical Director – Hiring Immediately + Superior Salary – Richmond, Virginia areaA partner hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Regional Support Veterinarian to join their team in the Richmond, Virginia area . This full-time, clinical position offers an incredible opportunity to travel to multiple locations, provide mentorship, and deliver outstanding veterinary care across the region.Key Responsibilities:As a Regional Support Veterinarian , you will:

• Provide full clinical duties, diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide variety of medical conditions for small animals.
• Travel between various hospitals in the Richmond, Virginia area , offering hands-on support and delivering exceptional care.
• Mentor and collaborate with veterinary teams, providing guidance and helping them grow their skills.
• Customize treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each practice and its clientele.
• Uphold the highest standards of care and contribute to the overall growth and development of the hospitals.

Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Be licensed in Virginia or be able to obtain a veterinary license in good standing.
• Bring leadership or mentorship experience, or have a strong desire to develop these skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Be adaptable, empathetic, and resilient, able to thrive in a dynamic and traveling role.
