A well-established small animal clinic in Strathroy, ON, located just twenty minutes west of London, is seeking full-time, part-time, or locum veterinarians to join their growing team. The clinic offers a supportive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional development while providing exceptional care to a dedicated clientele.What the Clinic Offers:

• Flexible Scheduling: The team of six veterinarians enjoys 4-day work weeks with rotating Saturdays. Flexibility is available for those interested in surgery or medical care.
• Mentorship: New graduates will have the opportunity to shadow surgeries and appointments until they feel confident to manage cases independently.
• Dedicated Support: Each veterinarian is assigned an RVT to assist with case management and follow-ups.
• Progressive Medicine: The clinic is equipped with an in-house Idexx lab, therapeutic laser, ultrasound, dental, and full-body digital radiography.
• Specialized Rooms: Includes a feline-friendly exam room and a comfort room for end-of-life appointments.
• Support Staff: A highly skilled support team, including a rehab technician, office manager, and practice manager, helps ensure smooth operations.
• Continuous Learning: Regular DVM and staff meetings provide opportunities for CE discussions, clinical updates, and team development.
• After-Hours Care: After-hours cases are managed by regional veterinary hospitals, enabling the team to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
