E-commerce Account Executive

Hybrid working role (50/50 spilt between office and home so must live within half an hour commute from NG19 7AE)

Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

£27,000 – £33,000p.a.

Role Purpose

As an important member of our team, you will quickly become the main point of contact for key E-commerce clients and your main duty will be to develop and improve online content including imagery. This role provides an exciting opportunity that will involve working closely with an experienced senior management team in a dynamic and growing business. Ideal candidate will have very strong communication skills and have an experience of working with key e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Wayfair though thorough training will be provided as necessary.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Create and upload content for brand new products to various e-commerce platforms
• Optimize existing web content to improve SEO and maximise sales potential
• Analyse effectiveness of digital campaigns and ongoing customer performance, reporting results to senior management team.

Skills and Experience

• Working knowledge E- commerce retailers is essential ideally Amazon Vendor Central
• Data analysis and weekly report writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident use of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience in Sage 200 would be an advantage but not essential

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess and prioritise workload independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Able to clearly and effectively communicate with suppliers, customers & colleagues

Working Conditions:

• Office environment with potential for remote work arrangements.
• Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry conferences.
• 8-hour shift Flexible
