Early Talent Programs Associate (Temporary 6- 12 months)

Fitch Groups Global Talent team is currently seeking Early Talent Programs Associate based out of our London office.The Early Talent Programs Associate will collaborate with the business, HR and other Talent Team members to provide administrative support and logistical coordination for Fitch Group’s internship and graduate training pipeline programs. The role holder will also provide support to the wider Learning & Development team.The Global Talent Team is responsible for talent management, learning & development (L&D), early talent and diverse talent development programming, and supports all staff across Fitch Group.
