• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the quality of our early years provision.

Requirements of an Early Years Educator:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Relevant certifications and qualifications are highly desirable.
• Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Excellent knowledge of child development theories, early childhood education principles, and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• A clear DBS background check
