OvervieweComm Activation ContractorOutside IR35 Contract – Hybrid/Remote workingWe have an exciting contract opportunity, supporting our commercial team with an eComm activation project.Joining us as the eComm Activation Manager, you’ll be accountable for a broad portfolio of branded products where you’ll identify and activate opportunities of the total online customer promotional plans for our top Grocery.com customers. You’ll support with the planning and delivery of a profitable promotional and activation growth plan within the Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie’s & Goodfella’s. This is a key role within the commercial team focused on achieving our online Value, Volume and Share targets.Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with stakeholders to develop, manage & execute online plans.
• Day to day commercial relationship with the Merchandising Manager, Retail Media contacts alongside the internal eCom managers for each account
• Use of bespoke category and shopper insight alongside online trading levers to drive the above plans man maximise ROI on online investment
• Work with internal & external customers to secure best in class visibility of our Brands.
• Develop and deliver bespoke commercial activity plans that best support key Birds Eye Key Category Growth Driving Initiatives

QualificationsAbout youThe right candidate will have solid ecommerce experience within a branded business and a history of working within FMCG preferably with the Top 4 retailers alongside their respective media and merchandising teams. You’re a collaborative team player with a good network in retailers.

• High level of influence throughout the accounts outlined and strong stakeholder management internally & externally
• A high degree of analytical skills, interpreting Digital Shelf, Category and ROAS data to inform decisions
• A highly organised individual with good planning skills and the ability to manage projects
