Overview:Joining us as the eComm Manager, you’ll focus on driving and developing the Birds Eye UK eCommerce channel performance across our 3 leading brands; Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie’s & Goodfella’s. You’ll be accountable for guiding online customer promotional and activation plans on Grocery.com through supporting all functions in understanding their contribution to eCommerce as well as the management and maintenance of the digital shelf.This role is also responsible for the account management of Amazon Fresh, leading on the execution of the business plan to achieve and exceed annual targets. Responsibilities:This is a key role within our eCom team, focused on achieving our online Value, Volume and Share targets through excellent execution online. You’ll ensure that we drive Commercial excellence in all that we do Online both today and tomorrow.

  • Continually review and evolve our Omnichannel and eCommerce Consumer and Shopper Best Practice
  • Business Partner some of the key customer teams to support the identification & execution of joint growth driving opportunities.
  • Drive a focus on understanding the evolving eCom Path To Purchase, creating insights which allow Birds Eye to deliver industry-leading results & growth driving opportunities for our customers.
  • Support Brand & Account teams to deliver industry leading digital shelf execution

Qualifications:We are looking for a self-starter – passionate about eCommerce/online sales, driven by change and focused on eCommerce strategy. We look for people who are focused on getting results, embrace learning and bring positive energy, combining initiative with a sense of teamwork and collaboration.

  • Previous eCommerce/Commercial/Branded experience within FMCG (ideally food and drink)
  • A high level of influence throughout the accounts outlined and strong stakeholder management internally & externally.
  • A high degree of analytical skills – Interpreting Digital Shelf, Category and ROAS data to inform decisions.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, possessing the confidence to sell online propositions in line with company and customer needs.
  • A category, shopper and customer mind-set.
  • Resilience: in order to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes in often very demanding circumstances.
