Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with the maintenance planner and production department to coordinate maintenance and repair work.
• Review the operation of Plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a in a

timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Initiate, implement and manage the plant preventive maintenance programs based on best industrial practices.
• Perform all DCS related activities including routine maintenance, design of new control logics, creation of new instrument loop sheets,

development of new graphics & programming new control loops.

• Ensure that all team is trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures and practices.
• Maintain and update operating and training manuals/procedures.
• Track, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, schedule compliance, etc.
• Review and apply continuous improvement to safe work practices, procedures, and standards to ensure safe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electrical engineering or closely related field
• 5-10 years of related electrical, instrumentation and control systems experience with 2-3 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years of experience working on DCS & ESD – Preferably ABB 800XA system, AC800M & AC460 Controllers
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Excellent communication skills
• MS office skills
