Our client is an award-winning MEP, Sustainability and Environmental Engineering and Design consultancy with teams of engineers, designers and technical specialists working across various sectors.Position: Electrical Design Engineer / Senior or Principal Electrical EngineerLocation: CambridgeSalary: – £negotiable depending on experienceThe team are currently looking to hire an Electrical Design Engineer / Senior or Principal for the building services team based in Cambridge.The role:Designing / lead the electrical engineering on a wide-variety of complex projects, across interesting sectors such as Healthcare, Datacentres, Defence, Custodial, Education, Distribution and moreMentor, support and potentially line-manage more junior engineersCollaborate with colleagues as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary engineering team on projectsAttend client meetings and liaise with suppliers and external design team members.We would like to hear from you if you have:Degree educated in an electrical or relevant engineering subjectWorking towards, or Chartered Engineer (CEng) with CIBSE the IET or another relevant professional institution.Experience as electrical lead on projects in a multi-disciplinary environment in a consultancyTechnically skilled with software including Revit, Amtech and IES
