3 Electrical Maintenance Engineers Wanted – Commercial SectorLocation: London
Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 per annum

Supportive team and dynamic work environmentYour Role:

• PPM completion – Completing Preplanned preventative maintenance to keep our sites compliant.
• Reactive job completion – Completing jobs raised by myself, the client and visitors to ensure the sites we manage are in good condition and keeping our customers happy.
• Fan coil unit (FCU) servicing
• Emergency light testing and repair / replacement
• New electrical installations
• Reactive maintenance
• Using the BMS to adjust lighting schedules / adjust temperatures within the building.
• Chiller checks
• Air handling Unit (AHU) servicing
• Managing contractors – ensuring RAMS and their certification are approved by me before allowing them to start work.
• Completing safety inspections of equipment and office space – reporting hazards including, slips, trips, fire hazards and any near misses.

What We’re Looking For:✔️ Qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition preferred)
✔️ Commercial experience is a must
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
