You will take the customers concerns and provide tailored solutions that best fits their needs.Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong personality with persuasive communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service and or retention. (Preferred but not required)
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus (Not required)
