You should be seen as a key stakeholder in EMEA GTM team at Dataiku. The primary goal of this role is to manage continental Technology Alliances relationships and work with Dataiku Regional Partner Managers and Sales teams to deliver incremental revenue through Cloud and ISV partners.Our ideal candidate has a background growing major technology partnerships (Cloud providers, ISVs) – or working for them – building sales and executive relationships, supporting closing of enterprise deals and navigating within complex ecosystems.You might be a good fit if you are demonstrating ability to:

  • Work as a field facing member of Dataiku’s Partnerships team within partner organizations and proactively promote the joint value and position of Dataiku with our partners’ sales teams and executives to develop and accelerate joint business
  • Build trusted sales, pre-sales and executive relationships with field members and leadership of our key Cloud and ISV partners in EMEA to identify new opportunities of collaboration
  • Assist Dataiku and partner sales teams in the management of strategic deals
  • Own and manage continental strategic partnerships, development and animation from a sales, marketing, enablement and Executive alignment perspective
  • Ensure alignment between Dataiku and our partners’ solutions, vertical focus, expertise, licensing models, and compensation models to maximize growth, in close collaboration with our Global Alliances team
  • Collaborate with Dataiku Sales and Marketing to develop, track and manage joint sales motions and marketing initiatives with Tech Alliances partners
  • Drive Cloud and ISV partner sellers enablement (and their partners) on how to jointly position Dataiku
  • Leverage best practices from the field and working across Product, Marketing and Sales to define, refine and influence our joint value proposition, integration roadmap and competitive positioning in the market

Requirements

  • Mid-Senior level 5-10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or partnership management at a leading technology company
  • Experience driving new business with partners, background selling a new product into new and existing accounts with rapidly growing vendor in data, analytics, or applications
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally, with partner managers, sales teams and leaders
  • Always learning, able to adapt, resilient and flexible
  • Disciplined, focused, and results driven; comfortable operating with ambiguity, change and at fast pace
  • Ability and comfort level working with, presenting to, and negotiating with C-level and executive management
  • English language skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% in EMEA
