We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.The UK business is headquartered in London, with over 1200 specialists throughout 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and organised recruitment professional to join our Talent Acquisition team at Colliers UK. You will also have the opportunity to lead on the Early in Careers programme, including Graduate Programmes, Apprenticeship Scheme, and Internships at key points within the year.Collaborating closely with the HR team, business leaders, and other team members this role will be crucial in identifying both future and experienced talent pipelines that will allow Colliers to continue to hire a diverse range of talent throughout our offices.Main ResponsibilitiesEmerging Talent:
- Support the design and implementation of Early Careers programmes, including the annual graduate, apprenticeship and internship programmes.
- Be the first line of support for ad hoc Early Careers hiring outside of process.
- Manage and plan Early in Careers attraction and selection processes, including graduate fairs, school promotional sessions, internships programmes, Assessment centres.
- Track and maintain applicant records for reporting purposes, including applicant sources to identify areas for future improvement.
- Work with the head of Talent Acquisition to identify new technologies/ partnerships and processes to improve Emerging Talent hiring.
- Work collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and wider HR teams to ensure programmes are driving our Talent and DE&I agenda.
Talent Pipelining/ Research
- Work with key stakeholders as well as the wider Talent Acquisition team to drive the talent pipelining strategy, targeting companies for relevant potential candidates within the market.
- Conduct telephone or video interviews as required.
- Manage and prepare talent pipeline reports as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within an in-house Recruitment function is essentially ideally within Early in Careers Recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Effective Relationship Building skills.
- Great organisational skills.
- Pro-active approach.
- Ability to use software including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint proficiently.
