The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the UK & Ireland employee population, managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing excellent service to our employees.What your day-to-day will look like:Benefit Program Administration:

  • Handle day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, flexible spending accounts, and other supplemental benefits.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, brokers, and insurance providers to resolve benefit-related issues and ensure smooth program operation.
  • Track benefit enrolment, eligibility, and changes, ensuring accurate data management and reporting
  • Ensure benefit invoices are approved and paid in line with payment terms
  • Support the Benefits Team on the annual enrolment and implementation of new benefits

Employee Support and Communication:

  • Manage contact with employees regarding benefit-related inquiries and issues through our HR Direct (Service Now) Platform.
  • Educate employees on available benefits, enrolment procedures, and deadlines.

Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:

  • Stay abreast of relevant UK legislation and regulatory changes impacting employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, such as GDPR, RTI, and automatic enrolment.
  • Coordinate benefit audits and assist with internal and external audits related to employee benefits.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports and analysis on benefit program data, utilization, and costs.
  • Provide monthly benefit reconciliations to the Finance Team
  • Work with our benefits provider platform team to ensure up to date reporting and management of reporting.
  • Be the point of contact between JLL and our external vendors and/or third parties.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in benefits administration and coordination, preferably within a large organization.
  • Good understanding of UK benefit plans.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to compile and analyse complex data.
  • Proactive and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
