You thrive on digging into the details of organisations, identifying key business challenges, and translating that information into actionable insights that can be shared with the wider team.If you’re inquisitive by nature, commercially minded, and eager to contribute to a team that values your input, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):As an Employee Engagement Researcher at Perkbox | Vivup, your role will be focused on net-new business. You’ll be working with our Sales Development Representatives and Marketing team to generate contact and business research by using a variety of sales prospecting technology. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and research of organisations that align with our Ideal Client Profile.Day to day you can expect to:

• Outbound: Research accounts, identify key players, strategically research key contacts and accounts which meet our Ideal Client Profile.

• Work with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies (500+ employees) where you’ll research the key stakeholders (HR, Reward, and C-suite), identify the business challenges and align these goals with the relevant Perkbox | Vivup products

• Research various HR Industries that align with our solution.

• Work with the Marketing Team on various BAU projects relating to how we generate new business within our marketing initiatives

• Work directly with the SDR team, and collaborate with them to build a pipeline in the 500+ employee space.

• Strong communications skills with the ability to build internal relationships well

• Ability to multitask and be well organised

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Comfortable working with high volumes of data across multiple pieces of software

• 30 Minute screening call with the Talent Team

• First stage interview with our Chief Revenue Officer, followed by a 2nd stage interview to get to know some more of the team
